May be ppl who posted here were just UNLUCKY.
I had such an unlucky experience when I went with my then bride-to-be friend to Lisange.  We tried to show them that the size that they had in the store (way too big) didn't fit my friend. And they had to order another one that fits as promised. (they promised to order a new one at the very beginning of the negotiation and that's a major reason that my friend decided to use Lisange.)
But why does a customer have to make such effort and had such experience of negotiation to just make Lisange do what they have promised at the beginning of the "deal".

We are not just talking about the photos. We are talking about the service and the attitude of the store.
Also the trouble of needing to talk and fight for something that's already been promised.
I guess we are too "canadian", we tho what is promised should be done automatically.
This store acts like they are a stall on the roadside.... so customers need to bargain bargain and fight ...
