I used to have a Masarati  with "N" in my building... But I don't see it anymore.. may be my building isn't "rich" enough for him.. lol.

well... I actually do think that both the driver and the car can contribute to the 殺傷力 rating...
140 hp civic + capable driver
vs
440hp Maserati + capable driver
Prob similar 殺傷力

try putting a 80 year old+ shaking senior behind the wheel of the 440hp Maserati ...
guess similar case for a 16 just got his N license kid (well if the kid had been driving without license for years before... then it's a diff story...)
