That's HARD!! I tried once... but prob don't do that again.... too much work and I am not really a fired rice person...
It's so hard to cut the flesh of the pineapple from the shell without damaging it!

these 2 looks good!
芽菜, 五香豆干, 炒肉絲.
冬姑粒 + 肉碎,  讓豆腐卜
will make one of them on Thu and prob make steam/bake fish

made stir fried pork, zucchini and mushroom with kimchi. Original recipe calls for fatty pork belly slices but I sub with lean pork slices. OK la... but healthier option.

b-jai did't steam for 25 min la. she just left it in the wok for that time.

然後由得佢蒸2-3分鐘,息火
乜都唔好郁(唔好開蓋,唔好郁隻鑊)FOR 20-25分鐘

o! I don't like salt egg but I like 皮蛋. Let me get a box of 糖心皮蛋 and make 皮蛋 tofu! (cold easy dish)
