Hi guys... you are not one of the victims!

I already complained to Rogers. No Luck. I explained what a contract is supposed to be and their BS is just way too BS.

I think they are just fooling us at the beining when we first agree to sign contracts with them
The contract actually doesn't include the value packs. It's just the air time that's part of the contract. Value packs are just some add-ons. Some of roger customers get credits like $10 or $5 for value packs but that's not true!!!!!!! Those reps in rogers are just giving u credits for ur monthly plan NOT your value packs!!! I made several calls to complain... no lucks la. basically ur contract is just an agreement of continuing another 3 years usuage with them. this doesn't even  mean anything.

I know they used to waive your value packs fees but now they are smart. they give u $10 /$5 credit and trick u to believe that they are giving u credits for ur value packs.. but it's NOT la..... this way, they can increase their prices for their value packs ALL the time and so they can earn money from you.

about the notification when price increases. ahahha the answer i got from Rogers is "it's subject to change, you know? it says on the paper when you sign the contract. on the bill, we mentioned that we are going to increase the price, it's just u that you didn't read your bill correctly"

"上年又係甘,唔聲唔聲由$10加到$11"

so when i first renewed my contract with them, it was $10, then the month later, it increased to $11. I called and yelled at them because it's not fair. so they gave me a total of $1 x 12 months credits for that extra $1 increase back then. This time, i'm not as lucky la... need to suffer another 2 more yrs.. which is subject to change.. and i'm super upset with rogers with all those services now....

check your previous invoices....the notifications are usually there.

they made mistakes on mines.. there's NO notifications..  but doesn't matter... they have to earn my $1  no matter what

don't argue with rogers, useless, just report to bbb.  for a different issue.  i got a call three days after i reported to bbb. and rogers offered me a much better solution.

i don't receive actual bill from rogers, i only check my bill through their web site, and i'm pretty damn sure it didn't show they'll charge more on the internet bill!!! ><

same here. mine's online billing as well. I was on the phone with them and the rep said it's in the March invoice. I read all over and no where says price increases lor... then they said "it's on the web site" then i said who the hell will visit ur website everyday to check and they never email me about anything too except for the reminder of online bill is a/v to view. i wasn't even arguing with them but i was trying to 講道理 with them lor. gum if it says in my invoice, gum i'll let it be. but i don't find it anywhere lor.... so i donno... i still have like 2 more yrs with them lor.....

maybe we shall really contact bbb all together. just one person reporting this incident is not enough.

oh man!!! after i complaint with BBB, today Rogers call back to me, and that women is sounds really rude, and just told me it's my responsibility to dig deep in my online invoice, and there's a bullet ...

they still haven't called me yet! I bet they will say the same to me but I will try to win them this time and see! .. BBB emailed me and said give Rogers 2 weeks and if Rogers doesn't contact me, I can 'upgrade' the complain to a higher level... (in other words, more serious) .. lols..

but maclover, whatelse did u complain about rogers?
I put it as the followings:
- increase $$ w/o telling
- reps were rude
- they made thousands of mistakes on my bills
- after the new contract, sent me the wrong phone
- diff reps say diff thing, not reliable
- not ALL customers receive equal values of deals
  (ie. some customers do no have to pay SAF, and some have to)

but she promised that the value pacakge would stay the  same wor
if not, can call her back... but so cheap.... i still have 2 more yrs to go lor.......

she searched all over on my invocie, no where indicates $1 increase or price will increase such thing.... so ..... but she 's not able to off me credits.. kinda sucks

well, if they increase again, then i can call that lady and ask why increase again...
but it sucks.. i still have to stick with it for 2 more yrs
