gas price did go up previous year
well, for people making minimum wage, their incomes are not justified since 2001

Did you compare people who's driving and people who's taking the bus?

I meant.... the people who drives would relatively earn more than the ones taking buses... the rising bus fare would definitely affect bus takers more
