LOL~

Oh my goodness... that one totally cracked me up! I can't believe a 25 year old adult can possibly think that way!?

What an idiot!

-Lik

My boss was telling him that people here has to resolve problems with civilized ways and he just can't accept it...
Very reckless indeed...
His dad called me to apologize too...Honestly I understand how his dad would feel, but I can't let him off the hook just because his dad tells me he'll lecture him afterwards...

有其父必有其子
MAYBE
his dad 食鹽多過個仔食米, that's why he apologized
who knows.

Well...I've met his dad a few times...and I helped his dad's parents to get US visa before...
His dad wasn't like him though...you can actually see the guy as a weird person by meeting him the first time...

Anyways...the cops called me earlier and said the guy got thrown into jail for the afternoon...

Well...when I knew about the guy got thrown into jail...the story was like this...
I got a call from the RCMP saying that he talked to the guy and he heard his side of the story...the rcmp thinks that the guy is pretty apologetic now...so i said that the guy didn't look too apologetic to me when i saw him earlier...the rcmp told me that he kinda sobered up because he spent some time in jail...so he was pretty shameful...he wanted to apologize to me officially and does not want me to quit my job because of this at that point the rcmp said that since he already learned his lesson and is self-reflecting, it would be nice if i settle this without further charges...
after hearing that he got thrown into jail for a bit...i guessed that it probably scared the sh*t outta him...so i thought i shouldn't push this to the extreme...and since he already received some punishment, i kinda regret saying that i wanted him to get a criminal record over a stupid event like this...but yeah...i decided to let it be...
i don't know why...but then i thought that i could really have done some damage to him by doing this....pretty scary...

Well, Makten, if you think the idiot kid has already learned his lesson, then I don't see anything wrong with you letting him go. Of course, in the near future, I would also be extra careful and keep  ...

it's times like this that i realize i can never be really evil and mean...i always get soft hearted when i think back...
keep in mind that jail is probably one of the worst places to be in today's world (except for 3rd world countries or war zones)being in that for the moment can really scare the person sh*tless because he has time to reflect on himself and think about the consequences afterwards as he doesn't know what might happen later...
i just think that there're two possibilites that putting him in jail for the day can result in...
1. he realizes what he did was wrong and he change his ways...
2. he hates me even more now that i humiliated him by putting him in jail...

if he does pick 2...then obviously he didn't learn his lesson and his needs the finishing blow...can't help that if he does this...

yeah...afterwards i told my family about this...they all kinda agreed that this might be better...give him a chance...just hope that he does change because of this....

I don't know
to me he simply violates the code of conduct and.... yeah

did you boss know the whole thing?

i told him about it the next day...he brought the guy into the meeting room and tried talking some sense into the guy...but the guy thought what he did was right...

Dying to know the end result.

Have been having big trouble lately with coworkers too... feel so bad and stupid for not knowing how to defend myself... I think your guy is very dumb with extremely low ...

Oh...I've had one of those before while I was being a sales associate...If you're higher rank...The boss will probably favor your side of the story better...and actually a lot of bosses knows who actually has an attitude and who doesn't, it's just that some of them are too lazy to deal with the it and the aftermath (getting a replacement or whatsoever)
