No use AIC before but they never have good rep anyway..

I used Dolphin (also call Lightspeed).. a total nightmare.. charge on my card start from the day I confirm I want to open account (not from the day I start receive service, which is one month later).. first 2 months half of the time the line is bad (can't hear anything), and more then half drop call. Not one answer the support line and no call back... refuse to refund deposit, double charging one some month, IDD charge to cellphone in HK (I'd a unlimited internation plan with them, on web it didn't say it's not cover cellphone - I do double check that, and didn't got charge till 6 months after using it). I did compliant (event to CRTC) and all got ignore.

Now I switch to iTalkBB (my dad find there ads). everything you can ask for. low price. good support (they call me back). And UPS loose the adopter iTalkBB sent me (UPS delivery to the next door by mistake), and the iTalkBB people help me trace the package. When I near the time to renew (I prepaid for 1 yr), they have a promotion for new customer.. I ask if I can also get the promotion, they said it already include for all renewal (200 mins free IDD from cellphone, thou a bit difficult to use)
