If you want to get good plans when moving from other companies such as telus, you need to talk to customer relations in Rogers. There's no use going to retail outlets since they don't have the power to give you any special plans/credits.

I've done this some time last year and got $5 credit/month on my bill.  For those that want more information on what you are eligible for, you should go to hofo and read the different tier system in Rogers.
