yes that's exactly what i like about yok ting hin... love the staris. will definitely see how things go this saturday... a frd of ours knows the manager there or smth, hopefully can get us more deals hehe

aiya.. we booked too late and when we check with 玉庭軒, they are fully booked on my date!! same as Kirin XP So we end up booked with 海港~~ i love 玉庭軒 stairs so much ah!!

i was so scared someone will choose my date... because we only want Saturdays and 2010 august/july only one Saturday that is a good date along with the Chinese calendar... and so this is why i want to book it way ahead now. but even now someone is holding the date in august!!

our first pick is yok ting hin... we thought about 海港 but then we changed our minds.. so our backup would be kirin

this dress is by Monique Lhuillier.. from 2009 spring collection. there is actually a store that sells this brand dresses in vancouver.

and i can't afford this dress.. too expensive ><

ohoh~ same thing here.. my big date is a good date from the chinese calendar...and there are not much good dates fall on the weekend after July 2009.  that's why most banquet places were fully booked ...

this was what i was worry about.... at least i still got one of the dates.... but i guess feb is kind of late, but you found a place so that's very good. as for the photos we decided to do them in vancouver.. to save some $$. and for the ceremony, we will just be doing the chinese tea ceremony...  we don't want to go chapel but it must be a good experience to hv it in a chapel!

i actually booked for my pre-wedding photos already this last sunday
the reason i need to many bakery cards is that i would need one/one per family for those who attend to my dinner.. as well my side's family and friends... as well relatives/friends in hk =_= i need to get those in hk

and the reason we don't wanna go to chapel is that my fiance don't want to.. and actually i don't want too.. oh well lol

i thought 100 would be enough, but then his mom said will need more.. to hand out for relatives n friends for those who did not attend~!!

as for the pre-wedding photos, we don't wanna spent too much money on it.. cause for our budget we spend a lot on the dinner. we booked it at yohan 2nd floor.. i did ask my dad to take a look at the sample as he is a profession at photography~ he said it's not the best and not the worst.. something in the middle.. but also i think it was such a quick decision to get engage and marry in the first place (it was a long story) but we did talk about getting marry in the future.. yea we decided to get marry at the end of march.. engaged last month. everything is so fast!!
