I don't get it, if the 女傭 is 有罪 why is the guy 無罪????
why can't the 女傭 be the witness and 指證 the g ...

My guess: cuz the 女傭 admitted her crime but the guy didn't; and the little gal is just too small to point the bad guy out. Which the 女傭 could point at any guy (without solid evidence), but she was not the one who was being 非禮. So......
Poor little gal. The bad guy surely 禽獸; but the 女傭 also!!!
