I went there and had the "日本長尾和牛" last nite. I asked the boss which part of Japan did the "日本長尾和牛" come from, he thought of two seconds and answered "Osaka". I searched and searched on the web, there is no such cow named like this in Osaka Japan at all.
Regardless of the true type/name of the meat, the price of the meal is fairly acceptable. The meat hasn't been "treated" (as most Chinese-Western restaurants will do), and it's reasonably flesh, yet it's a little "tasteless" (not much beef taste). The outlook and texture of the meat was just like something I can buy in Safeway or Superstore-- boneless prime rib. Another thing needs to be mentioned, their service is pretty nice and sincere though, hehehe... ! |
