Also agree. But if this kind of evidence didn't hand over to related officials but instead still keeping it for personal collection or post on youtube, still no good.

I assume you're talking about most general cases, so I voted "wrong".

True. So the fact is everyone taping others and for further publishing without ask for permission will face any possible lawsuit matters afterwards. Everyone is free to take their own risk.
