Don't sound like if she is smarter she could have got rid of the punishment. But in fact she is brainless to touch drugs in the first place.

*sigh* over 80% of Canadian college guys also touch drugs la (from research)...and over 30% are addicted...

how can the society teach young guys to stay away from drugs when our government official ...

Brainless doesn't only apply to certain group of regular citizens, but also applies to the government(s).
