Anyways, how can you be sure you and your dad didn't swallow another 小強 from the first two buns? (sorry, not to scare you). Once they have 小強 in the bbq pork buns, they could be in any other food or case could be even worse than what you saw/experienced. An option to put the case in a more serious way (for example, to take some pics and file an official complaint etc) is not only for your own benefit, but also to warn other people to aware of this problem. Posting here in LYK is good, but not the majority of people would know, especially Caucasians.

It is 7.5mm and 4.0mm, so it was quite small

I haven't done this cm to mm conversion since grade 4 so it was a mathematical error.

Actually if you really want to do so, you don't necessary need any pictures or "valid" evidence. Just report it and file a complaint. They'll do their job and investigate. Since I (and the department) don't believe that it only happens occasionally like once a lifetime,  it happened to you and it may likely happened on others and will happen again in the near future. Of course, only if you want to do that.
