All people can do is to keep letting the following generations know about this history/fact, none of the China and Japan government would admit their fault no matter how many decades later.

These two are separate issues. We should boycott Japanese products and demand an apology from them. These Japanese killed 30 million Chinese during the second world war.

But by boycotting Chinese products, we are just hurting the Chinese workers and Hong Kong businesses in China. On the other hand, the Japanese are foreigners, so who cares if boycotting Japanese pro ...

In other words, we don't need to boycott Japanese brand but made in China products, only need to boycott actual Japan made products no matter what brand names they're under?

Let's put it this way. Even a person is sentenced to prison wrongfully/innocently/by mistake, government won't say sorry to him/her (no apology).
Back to the 6.4 event, according to the public (or most people) the government took a wrongful action to those students. However, there could be two possibilities from the China government's pov: 1. they knew they did wrong, but just want to keep their faces so they can't apologize or they think they don't need to; 2. they still think they did right, so what's the point to apologize?!.
