The fact is, it's not a matter whether you have a freedom to speak to whichever government face to face "go to hell" or not, it's whether they will listen to you and make according changes up to your wish or not.

The first thing is, what's the point for yelling at your President (no matter if there is any consequence/obligation after) if there is nothing going to change accordingly? Just want to satisfy your own desire?
