Honestly, even I were not involved in any of these cosmetic purchases, the more I tried to stir up, the more facts I can be sure this particular seller has problems!

On one side, someone apologized; but at the same time on the other side, that someone being so inch again and still didn't really realize what was the problem and mistake she admitted. The more she tries to defend, the more negative impression she gives. Leave her alone la.
