I do not work for CFIA and I am telling something based on experience.
It should be OK bringing in the sea food, not meat, as long as the sea food is dry, well packed without sting smell and the quantity is for personal use.

Best bet the one who bring in this stuff is a vistor that can excuse they do not know and the stuff are for gift.
