UNEXPECT GOOD TATES OF FROZEN SOLE FILLET (Real Italian Cooking)
Frozen Sole Fillet, Tomato x 2, Cilantro, Sea Salt
Cook the rinsed frozen sole fillet ( no need to defrost) without oil. After the ice defrosted (3 minutes at high of electric range) put the sliced tomato in the pan and cover it for another 3 minutes cooking. Through in the chopped cilantro and sea salt when done. If you like add few drop of oil (before transfer to the plate) or olive oil when eat.
