I have a new story about 奉旨, I just joined a strata annual generalmeeting, during the meeting a few 大陸佬 owners complained and threatenedto change the property management company just because they don't speak國語 with the owner in the meeting, the agent clearly explained that dueto respect and legal requirement, they must proceed in English orFrench, but the 大陸佬 owners still proposed to contract a very crappymanagement company just because they can speak 國語. How encouraging.... |
