i have mixed feelings about 鼎泰豐. i still dine there when i'm in taipei. and in seoul, they have 鼎泰豐 as well. i've seen one

They are in many places like Hong Kong, China, Australia, US, Singapore and Japan. They should open a store in Vancouver, maybe in Aberdeen. |
