hahaha, immigrants come from many countries, not only China. Many of the immigrants from China are professionals with education. They are not rich tycoons who can buy houses with tons of cash.

People are complaining about high prices even further out from Vancouver. They are forced to drive to work because of lousy public transportation. The use of cars is increasing the pollution.
