hahaha good, let's squabble over this.
Guangzhou and Shenzhen are rapidly expanding their airports.
New traffic will go to Guangzhou and Shenzhen instead. Cathay Pacific will move there for expansion.

Just cancel the expansion of the Hong Kong airport, but don't blame the government later.
