如果現在那些為了想過更好的生活，合法湧港產子爭取居留權的內地人，要被指為掠奪香港資源的「蝗蟲」，那麼當年為了過更安穩生活而湧去外國產子爭取居留權，佔用外國社會資源的港人，豈不是第一代「蝗蟲」？而且更是直接蜉化出第二代內地「蝗蟲」的第一代「港蝗」？也就是「萬蝗之蝗」？

Some Hong Kong people did come over to Canada and the US for that purpose.

I don't know other US and other parts of Canada, but in BC, visitors have to pay for their own med ...

They go to HK using visiting visa, not immigration.

They are not abusing HK's system as HK can charge higher medical fees.
