Custom officers, in any country, are not supposed to smile at you.

I just find it hard to find parking and this restaurant is on second floor. So its kind of hard to get to.

I am just saying customs officers are not supposed to smile at you. So LYKs should not complain about that. I am not saying waiters should be like that. Please do not misunderstand my point.

I didn't say the government ordered the customs officers not to smile. If you happen to go to a certain country and the customs smile at you, that's fine. But you know, those are not waiters or sales people, so please do not expect them to smile at you.

Went to Rainflower for Dimsum yesterday, en route to YVR
Food :mediocre, not the worst
Service:   Severely understaffed,
Only few tables of customers  by 11:30 am

This new 明月x is not Rainflower.
Rainflower 粵x醉 is the restaurant next to Yaohan. So which one you went to, LOL?
