India does not even have reliable electricity and other industrial infrastructure.
China does not even need these low paying jobs anyway, as they are moving to services industries and local consumption rather than export.

Like you said, Foxconn is not pulling out at all.
Most likely, they will increase employment in China and India at the same time, because of the rapid increase of demand for Apple/Dell/HP products.

China is moving away from low cost manufacturing and towards high value added industries. Most of the news jobs are now created in the service sectors and local consumption sectors.

Due to your low level of reading ability and lack of understanding of world economics, I  need to explain to you again.
After doing some research, I now think that due to the rapid increase in demand for electronics products worldwide, companies like Foxconn will maintain their factories in China, but will open some in other countries like Vietnam and India to meet worldwide demand.  There is no way Vietnam and India can compare with China due to lack of infrastructure in Vietnam and and India and also the superior skills of Chinese workers gained in the past 30 years of manufacturing. Foxconn opening factories in India, does not mean closing factories in China. In fact, Foxconn needs to open more factories in China and some other countries to meet the rapid increase in demand for electronics products.

China will not be affected as China is moving away from the export model (the past 30 years) to the service industries and local consumption model (the next 30 years). As the Chinese economy develops and wages rise, we will see increase in local consumption as a major driving force in China's economy. The trend that is developing over the next 30 years is that Chinese companies will not only increase employment in China but will also become bigger and bigger investors in other countries. Foreign companies are becoming less relevant.
