They should brand it as Hong Kong Chinese style pork chop.
Hong Kong style is preferable and superior over Japanese style. What are they thinking about? Do they think promoting in so-called Japanese style is better or will attract more customers?
We Chinese have a long tradition of eating pork with many methods of cooking the dishes.
We serve fried pork chop with:
-Chinese pickles
-Chinese style sauce
-Chinese greens
-Chinese rice
-Chinese soup
Come on, it is just fried pork chop, we Hong Kong Chinese can do it very well. Let's respect our own culinary culture. |
