Was it renovated just recently?

I just went there, and found out the renovation is quite new.
food - okay wor
price - not too high, considering the Metrotown mall is the second largest mall in Canada, so rent is high.
service - good for those who served us

I don't see the connection of being a large mall vs higher rent????

Usually in downtown location rent is expensive. I am not saying size of mall is the only factor. But Metrotown, is not only large, but the location is popular, many retailers want to open a store there. It is a major mall in the area, so rent should be more expensive than locations on some side streets.

Everything is Mid-range lvl imho...

It's not that expansive but then again I would rather go over to Crystal Mall if I wanna have that type of food.

i always see lots of ppl waiting outside the restaurant during lunch/dinner hours. it's just crazy long line ups. probly because its the only chinese restaurant on that side of the mall?

Their location is good and convenient, so their rent is probably be higher than at Chinatown. But they have enough customers to support the store.
