I was talking about the fishermen from mainland China who were detained by the Japanese. Clearly, they were fishing near Diaoyu Islands.

Also, if Taiwan is still allowing their fishermen to fish near Diaoyu Islands, how come they were not detained by the Japanese? Clearly, the Taiwanese are not fishing anywhere near Diaoyu Islands.
