how can the society teach young guys to stay away from drugs when our government official ...

I am still wondering WHY they can leave HK with so many drugs in the lugguage, how could they pass the immigration? weird

as far as I know, there are many dogs around taking their duty ga wor. ...

They don't search the bags when you leave the country, so unless the dogs happen to walk by they would not know.
