The US has nearly 10 times Canada population, but they receive only about 1 million immigrants, while Canada receives 250,000 immigrants.

For Hong Kong, there are 200,000 Philippinos domestic helpers who want to become Hong Kong citizens.

Are you kidding? Each of the 200,000 Philippinos will apply for their families and children. They will take Hong Kong welfare and health care, if they cannot find work. Their children will attend schools for free in Hong Kong.
