I don't even care about Fairchild, but found your bashing really baseless. You are making so many wild claims here. You have to provide proofs for all you wild claims here. Singtao Canada is owned by Toronto Star like I said. Do your own research again. There is no way Fairchild can influence Singtao. Everyone in Hong Kong knows that ATV has been losing money for decades because they have been making crappier programs than TVB, not because they treated their people "better".
You claimed that c9s are stupid, older Chinese people are dumb and the Chinese people in general cannot perform "critical think", therefore they continue to watch Fairchild. What a ton of insult from you to the Chinese community? Somehow you are superior?
There are so many alternatives like free Channel M Chinese news and TVB dramas and programs are available on DVD. No one is forced to subscribe from Fairchild.

Your claim that Fairchild has influence over Singtao is ridiculous. Just because they are partners does not mean Fairchild can influence the partner. Singtao is part of Toronto Star. Why would Toronto Star listen to Fairchild like you claimed? Singtao Vancouver has reported Sunday's incident in Aberdeen Center on the Monday's front page. So there was no cover up of Sunday's incident.
Your claim that Chinese people and Americans are too dumb to select their media is ridiculous. Somehow we should instead believe what you are saying is authoritative?

You don't have a clue about ATV and you claimed you know about ATV? If ATV cannot produce a better product then it deserves to lose money.
If all your so-called DJ friends are that good, they should have gone back to HK directly for jobs in top HK radio stations in the first place, instead of scrapping for a lowly job at Fairchild. These are just people who would have gone back to HK anyways, no matter which company they worked for here. Of course, after they got some experience at Fairchild, they started to bad mouth Fairchild.

What if Singtao does not have it on the front page? You would have bashed Fairchild and Singtao. Now they have it on front page. You still bash them. It seems you win both ways, LOL.

Vancouver Sun does not have it on the front page. Maybe you can claim Fairchild controls Vancouver Sun, LOL.

Comeon, you are in Japan right? So you did not even have a chance to read Monday's Singtao. More wild claims from you that Fairchild has influence over Singtao.. All I can tell you is that there are pictures on the whole front page of Singtao. The headline used big Chinese characters. The whole story plus pictures occupies 3/4 of the front page. The bottom is just advertisement. How would they have reported similar incidents if happened elsewhere?
Maybe some LYKs should make a copy of the front page and post it here just to satisfy you.

If ATV wanted to treat their people better than they should have produced better products and made more money and then paid more bonuses. That's the way to treat them better. TVB does have much better image in the public. They have much better production, does more charity shows for the community and pay their employees much better when they make much more money.
