According to their advertisement, they have a former Hong Kong hotel chef at ABC.
Basically they are offering hotel food at reasonable prices. Totally worth it to try.

The chef worked as first cook at  Champion beef noodles house for a year before
moving next door.

The manager is from Taiwan champion beef noodle house next door.
The chef is from Hong Kong's Hyatt hotel.
