The recent polls are showing Mrs Fan has 42% support.
For mad dog Wong as CEO, just let us see what he can do for us. It is always easy to howl as the opposition party, but much more difficult as the governing party.
The world is full of examples where changing governing parties or changing the leader does not solve the underlying problems e.g Greece, Japan, India, Italy, Canada and the US .
Just let mad dog Wong mess up as the CEO, that will be nice to see.

That is not always true. Democracy may work better in Chinese societies.
But democracy is not solving corruption problem in India, Philippines and Greece, the source of western democracy.

In Hong Kong, most people live in highrise buildings, therefore normally the biggest real estate developers can afford to buy lands and develop them.

Without wasting too much time on you, I'll just say that it is much easier, faster, and more easily achievable for the SAR government to bring real estate prices back to reasonable levels than it is to try to raise income levels (without causing inflation problems). Numerous plans can be introduced, the easiest of which are simply just the re-introduction of public housing (居屋) into the market. Alternative and innovative housing ideas could also be explored, and I have heard of a few (some were 1/2 baked, and some were better than others).

The fact of the matter is, the current SAR government under Bowtie Tsang's "leadership" is utterly useless, and only interested in serving the needs of big business and the rich and powerful.
