there is quite a few UNI factories in Vancouver, you can find it out.
The best UNI is GREEN UNI, size is smaller (with shell) than that one you can see in japanese restuarant but it is really tasty

I guess you don't even know where high class Caucasians shop for expensive grocery in Vancouver.

In T and T they already have abalone locked up in a fridge. These are easily more expensive than tho ...
