You need to pay $10/month extra if you want to fax over the IP phone line. Same for alarm monitoring.

Billing 方面，的確混亂。Tech Support 方面，尚算OK。 Customer Service 好過 TELUS 一千倍 (任何公司都好過佢)。 起碼唔會改左你屋企電話號碼都唔話你知。
