Reasonable expectation based on known demographics of local police force?

Just like when someone thinks of a Canadian, would they be thinking a "colored" kid like you.

Lets assume you're right, then why emphasize the cop is white?  What is your purpose of saying "white cop"?

And I'll tell you why as others has already done but you are not reading or don't register in your mind.

You don't know they're white, nothing in the actual report say they're white.  So what this country is 85% white, that mean 15% of the people is of different race, which mean there is still the probability of non-white cop.

It seem to me your purpose of saying it is racist.

I'm not sure how reasonable the expectation is when 47% of Vancouver population is visible minority.

Hahaha, 47% visible miniority in Vancouver so my REASONABLE EXPECTATION is roughly half of the police force are visual minorities

Looks like I got someone mad by applying his "reasonable expectation"

BTW, it doesn't have to be 47%, it could be 45% or 50%.  And there is still the odd of you not running into a visible minority cop.
