How soon do you need to move in?

I have a place available in New Westminster directly across from the Skytrain station.  It's on Clarkson street (right above Columbia).  Approx 1000 sq ft.  2 bed 2 bath.  15 yrs old.  No leak.  Small pet allowed.  In suite laundry.  Underground parking.  Planning to ask for $1100/month.  

It wont be available for rent until May at least because I'll have to wait till the current tenant move out and renovate it.
