I thought this is exactly what we do in US before: Shopping? And we still have the tax exemption like $50 for 24hr, $400 for 48hr and $750 for 7 days? What has changed?

My only problem is that we do not need to go to Oreagon to get tax free buying now and therefore less incentive to go further down south.
