Air China V.S. Eva Air

(Particular long haul flight)?

Air china

Thanks everyone input and I choose EVA finally

Does anyone have a good travel agent to recommend?

The lady help me out booking ticket is really dump, not mention to her pushy style , she made tons of mistake on our reservation, such as fare, misspelling of our name (she has our profile already).  We have to pay more in final because of her wrong calculation.

Last time, we booked Air China to Hong Kong from this agent who told us we have to claim our baggage in Bejing before taking a connected flight to Hong Kong.  We were shocked for this "not-make-sense" arrangement.  However, we asked the airline when we check-in at YVR airport, we were told that the baggage will be forwarded directly.  What the agent said only applies on "domestic flight", e.g  vancouver/beijing/shanghai !!!

The reason why we are still using this agent because we always "即興"go back to hong kong.  To ensure we get a reaonsable fare, I will go to airline's website to check possible date with affordable fare & then provide to the agent for reservation.  We don't book it via online because we think it is much easy to follow-up if there is any change through agent rather than online.

We only want 細心, 醒目 agent.
