Dog Grooming Recommendation (Large breed)

Hello All,

I need to find a new place for grooming for my dog, does anyone have any suggestions? Anywhere Richmond / Vancouver is fine. It has to be a place that will groom large breeds and have full grooming (clipping) service. And hopefully the appointment line up is not too long.

I used to take my dog to Heather's Place at Main x 2nd ave. but that place is a bit too far for me and their appointments are now backed up 3 months or so.

Vancouver is ______ !

i took my standard schnauzer to Dogs Avenue...pretty good so far.

they hire Korean.

or u can try Cilie's dog grooming on cooney & westminster
its right beside doogie doo, my frd tried it..its a bitmore expencive than doggie doo, but i personally think their cuts are nicer & cuter =)

i bring my shih tzu to doggie doo and so far so good =) its $45-48 for a full groom and 35-38 for bath & tidy

PS: how much does dog's avenue cost?? I want to try a new place for summer cuts for my lil one`

I called doggie doo to ask for the price, turns out its the same as dog's avenue for my dog's breed.  I guess I will try dog's avenue first since its a bit closer to me, but doesn't matter i guess.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions

I have a German Shepherd.  There is a grooming shop in the SPCA in Vancouver.  They do a very good job and charges reasonably.  Also, don't forget the profit goes back to the animals in the shelter!
