DELTA (NEWS1130) - Delta Police confirm an Amber Alert situation on a BC ferry, forced to turn around at the Tsawwassen terminal, was a false alarm.
At one point Friday afternoon, about a dozen police cars descended upon the ferry terminal, when police received a report that someone saw the car described in the Amber Alert.
"We haven't located the vehicle that was described to us. All police agencies are working together to respond as best we can to any information from the public," says Sgt. Sharlene Brooks with Delta Police |
