There is no body dead because this is a new building. no body moves in yet.

The reason for the collapse is because they dump the soil near to the nearby dike.  Which causes pressure to the dike and ...

1. 建築商        - 一定要負責
2. 市政府 - 如果批地出錯, 係唔應該起樓既地方批地, 就要負責
          如果事後不能依法處理, 就要負責
3. 共產黨 - 如果委任唔稱職既人做市長/市委, 就要負責
4. 中國人 - 咁又唔洗上 ...

唔知道"依法處理"會點判呢?... 塌樓壓死人, 建築商應該要負責; 市政府批地應該有規定, 跟規定就應該唔駛罰卦; 共產黨委任唔稱職既人做市長/市委, 可惜大陸係一黨專政, 真係罰唔到woh; 中國人有冇錯, 最好問Mr. T; 社會有冇錯, 有冇貪污, 真係要查過先知了.

不如你試下判下佢地, 睇下罰佢地d 乜. 話唔定中國領導人會上LYK, 或者會參考你既意見架~
