Yes, I just tried yi yuen last week. For the leg, they have steam and garlic, 2 different way for the legs (Personally, I like it steam). For the body, they do a "dry curry", which is better than deep fry! And for the shell, they use it for bake rice which also have crab meat in the rice too. It is pretty good

I didn't pay, so I am not too sure. However, I think it is $13.99, and the crab is ~ 14lb. Don't think they cheat us on the weight, as we can really taste the crab with TONS of meat comparing trying it in elsewhere last year.
