That's base on the assumption she isn't going to change her mind within that 4 years.

She lost her cellphone at 15 and willing to do the trade, doesn't imply when she lost her cellphone again at 18 and willing to do the trade.  People do grows up, few don't I agree.

those girls may think they have nothing to lose since they are not mature enough to know the consequence of all about those sexual diseases / pregnant. So, using the law to punish them is another way to help them

I could agree that age is arbitrary to define the boundary.  But law has to, and already defined, what under-age is.  The man knew exactly he broke the law and now being punished, I wouldn't put any sympathy at all.

These girls are just sad.  I don't know whether to call them mature or immature at their 15.

I consider they need certain protection by law.  Maybe 連個女仔都有罪 could be a way to cover this "business", I donno.

you can be 30 years old physically but only 15 years old mentally
or you can be 15 years old physically but 30 years old mentally

in this case, the underaged girl voluntarily entered into a trade, but the guy who paid for it got unfairly punished.

我又唔同o甘諗法。
正因為男既有罪﹐個女仔就無罪﹐交易價錢先會o甘低﹐因嫖客被嚇怕而需求變少。
所以男方被拉坐監既風險已反映左響交易價錢上﹐都應該預左。
如果連個女仔都有罪﹐供應減少。 事後女仔唔敢張揚﹐嫖客被揭發風險降低﹐令需求增加﹐o甘分分鐘要皮幾甚至幾皮野先可以有交易﹐到時個會計師都未必afford 得起﹐咪兩敗俱傷﹐無生意做。
最好就相方都無罪啦﹐自由巿場嘛~
但如果要罰﹐齋罰男既應該比兩邊都罰好DD.
