Where can i find good and not salty eel 糊 ?
I had already tried:

旺 -- too salty

客滿庭 -- put too much corn starch

一只鼎-- not bad but too oily

白玉蘭-- taste like stired fried eel

shanghai moon-- so so

it's IMO

I like their chicken in wine sauce is good.. but don't know their eel is good too.. is it expensive after they change the look?
