Heard it will be at minaru park tonight. Is it free or? Cuz they put white plastic to cover the gate

I went there already, nothing much to see. Don't need to line up, cuz I get in from the back. Late firework which suppost show at 9 pm and it's end up 9:20 pm.

Lucky that I watched it from the parking lot, away from the crowd
