I went there for hair color into red violet last thursday, but it's come up dark brownish color. I was so mad and argued with the owner and the hair dresser about it.
They told me that I can't tell underneath their spotlight, cuz of their spotlight is orange color.
So, I went outside to check the color, it's still look like brownish to me. I went back to my work place and asked couple do workers. They all can't see any purple color on my hair. They all said that my hair look darker than before. Cuz of I used to have light orange with light town color.

They keep telling me to pay extra $90 for purple highlight, why I pay more? I paid $ 125 for hair color already.
Before one of the hair dresser told me that it's just only $ 80 + taxes, but they charged me $125 for special color.
What can I do ?

I went there cuz I always to my manicure and pedicure there. So, k just give it a try to have hair color as same time as doing my nails. But it's end up got this kind of bad experience.
I used go to ray's to do my hair. It's half price over there with student price. Those student never giving me wrong color.
But that main street one is professional hair dresser, how can they mix it wrong?
