It's same thing. You just wash it inside out and cut the dirty things from inside the meat.
Put a little bit of oil, soy sauce, little bit of black bean sauce and chopped green onion on all the meat then steamed it with 15 minutes.

Then it's about cook and not over cook . Taste good gar.
