雞蛋仔, I been there once. I truly appreciated to have a honger cafe that the owner really have "heart" ;however, the owner is abit stubborn when it comes to comment.
He was very humble when he heard me discuss about their food with my bf. And ask me is there any suggestion and which restaurant I compare with. I love 雞蛋仔 but his 雞蛋仔 is not up to par ,but he keep insisting this is the REAL HK 雞蛋仔.... and told me others restaurant 雞蛋仔 is not the real stuff..
But as a consumer, I would say the taste of 雞蛋仔 is right but the texture is not right... well, since he insist that's the real stuff... so I say no more lor |
